backend not working

    Hi

    I’m having trouble with the plugin.

    The testimonials show fine on the front end still but when I try to access any settings for it all I get is a blank page.

    None of the tabs in the Easy Testimonial section works..

    Is this a version issue because of 4.3?

    is there another way of creating a shortcode to add only 1 category?

    Hey schnellc –

    I have received no reports such as yours and we are unaware of any issues with any versions of the plugin and WordPress that would prevent the Settings screen from loading.

    Did the plugin previously work then quit, or is this your first time installing it?

    it used to work fine with no problems before we’ve had it installed for a whiile

    Hey schnellc!

    OK, I would go back through and figure out what recent updates (of any kind, to anything on your site, other plugins, themes, etc) that you have made and identify when and where the issue occurred.

    Also can you let me know what you see, instead of settings? A screenshot may work best.

    Again, yours is the only report of this kind, so I’m currently thinking this is isolated to your site and is related to another plugin or modification made on the site.

    hm it probably is..

    we have a lot of plugins so it is very likely but will need to go through them all individually..

    OH that’s so weird I double checked and it’s back now! Bizarre
