For back end is hard to debug. Have you changed the language in top-right corner?

Yes I have done all the things that I can do. Changed language, clean browser cache but nothing change. In frontend all it’s ok but in backend the language still remain the same. Take a look to the screenshot available on the following link

We just did a test, we changed file booking-system/translation/backend/it.php and it worked.
Try to change the english file booking-system/translation/backend/em.php.
