You can solve that by change values on CSS file at /wp-content/plugins/kingcomposer/assets/frontend/css/shortcodes.css

This is a bugs with CSS, we will update on next version soon.

1. How do I pull my page up, meaning I want the header to start from the top.
2. Also, how can I increase the total size of the kingcomposer CONTENT. Make it bigger in size over-all content by kingcomposer.

Just adjust this value to put the header to the top
about the width of content. Your CSS was set max width is 620px

With header issues, just change the margin-top to 0px
You can find that CSS on your style.css of your active theme http://prnt.sc/b5gks2
And the size of content also, it depend on your CSS not our plugin.
