Background and Parallel optimization disabled

    Hello.
    First of all, congrats for this excellent plugin.
    I am using EWWW in several websites.
    It works as it should.
    Now I am getting this strange message

    Background and Parallel optimization (faster uploads):
    Disabled automatically, async requests blocked

    What is wrong and how can I fix it?
