    background display language

    The background language setting of the blog has been modified to [Settings>General>Website Interface Language>Traditional Chinese]
    However, in the actual operation in the background, such as the upper half of the item that appears in [Appearance > Custom], the Japanese language is still maintained.
    The introduction inside is also displayed in Japanese. I would like to ask how to modify this part?

    Otherwise, the operation interface is difficult, the changes are not smooth, and the location cannot be found.
