Background for form

    May I know how to change the background for the form? I’m hoping for something like this that will have a background image with a relatively small form in the center. Your help is greatly appreciated!

    Hi,
    the plugin doesn’t provide the feature to display pictures in the background. It could be possible if you edit the template.
    But it could be difficult to read the text of the form with a picture in the background.
