Please paste the following css code in additional css box (Theme Dashboard >> appearance >> customize >> additional css field )

      background: url(your image URL) repeat fixed !important;
}

change your image Url to your image link

like: – background: url("http://elliottexteriors.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/03/cropped-qtq80-JiyUX1-1.jpeg") center 0 #143745 !important;
