    Hi all,

    Is there a way to add a background image to the slider and have it appear immediately on the page?

    I ask because for a second or two upon loading the page nothing appears which throws off my design.

    Here is my site (the slider is only on the home page)

    Edit: I am using Nivo Slider – Flex Slider loads quicker, but causes the transitions between slides to appear white.

    Hi,

    This is an issue with the page load time, and unfortunately not something that can be fixed from Meta Slider.

    I would recommend looking into optimising your site to decrease the load time.
    It appears that your theme is attempting to load some jQuery scripts that cannot be found, which is increasing the load time. Fixing this issue should help.
