It doesn’t seem like you’ve set a background image for the entire page. The site layout section is where you can set a background for the full page.

The image you’re seeing on different pages of the site is actually the Page Title with background, which you can access and modify from here: https://docs.oceanwp.org/article/899-customizer-pages-special-pages#Page-Title-bY216

Additionally, you can also change it individually for each page or post, and the article below will guide you through that process:
