Uploaded the image to the image library and selected it.

The image (a skyline) is not showing. I’m using Firefox as a browser.

wp_footer and wp_header are in their respective php files.

FIXED! I had a background color defined. Once I cleared the background color, the image appeared. All is well.

Hello, same problem. I am using safari, there is no background colour defined (there is no option to change in the “appearance” menu). I am using a theme called Twenty Thirteen

The plugin does not work with Twenty Thirteen since it defines a background color, sorry.
