background image using cpanel and WP

    hello,
    im trying to put background image like this:

    background-image: url(‘here i put the whole link/headre.jpg’)
    but its not working.

    i uploaded the pic to the images folder in wp…
    public_html/wp/wp-content/themes/omg/images…
