Background images css not displaying

Hi

Please can someone help. I have searched and searched I can’t find a solution.
I have two domains.

One is optimized for web for desktops and I am trying to optimize the other for mobile phones. It is a responsive theme but I chose different domain to simplify the distinction of the two. For the desktop site everything is working. Style sheet get found and loaded perfectly.

When loading my mobile domain, http://www.m.babagear.co.za the style sheet loads but no images to which the style sheet refers loads.

Eg. In my style sheet I use
background: #c2e8eb url(../images/bg-cloud.jpg) repeat-x;

coding to find the image which is located on the server at

http://www.m.babagear.co.za/wp-content/themes/balita/images/bg-cloud.jpg.

When the site load on mobile the blue color show for a split second but disappears just as fast. Any other images on the page does not load either.

Please can someone help.
