Background Parallax not working

    Parallax isn’t working.

    I have a simple container (Flexbox layout, full width), in the Styles tab, Parallax – Royal Addons section.

    • Enable Background Parallax: Yes
    • Animation Speed: 1.2
    • Scrolling Effect: Scroll
    • Image selected, of course.

    Settings/changes have been applied. The parallax effect works fine in the Elementor page editor but doesn’t work at all when published and viewed in a browser.

    It used to work great, but none of my parallax features are working now. Why not? Am I missing something?

    Hi,
    First, thank you for choosing our Theme and Plugin.

    First, clear your site’s cache and temporarily disable all other plugins except our module and Elementor to check the widget’s functionality.

    Hello Givi,

    I appreciate the quick response, and I do like the ease and functionality of your Plugin. 😉

    1. All Plugins were deactivated, except: Elementor (ver 3.26.4) and Royal Elementor Addons (ver 1.7.1007)
    2. Cache was purged

    No change to the Plugin Parallax Background extension.

    What do I check next?

    Hi again,

    Please Navigate to Tools > Site Health > Info (tab) and click on the “Copy site info to clipboard” button, then send the information to our email: [email protected]

    Also, navigate to Tools > Export – choose All Content click on Download Export File, and then send this file to our email – [email protected] as well.

    We will analyze your system and replicate the same case. This will help us to debug the issue much easier and provide a faster solution.
