background slideshow stops working

    I had a background slideshow plugin installed and working fine for months, now it just stopped. All plugins and WP are updated and I’ve turned them off to test conficts. It doesn’t seem to be an issue with the plugin as I’ve tried several with no effect including oversized, and others. It only displays my default background although I see the images and plugin called for in the source code. Any pointers would be appreciated. I’ve written three plugin develpers with no responses.
