Background video doesn’t work on mobile

    Hi there!
    I really like that plugin but I have serious problems with videos.
    On desktop the background video (full width) works perfectly,
    but on mobile doesn’t work.

    On android it’s just like a frozen image,
    on ios simply never appears.

    It depends on the extension? i’m using .mp4, should be ok…

    Hi Raquel,
    For now videos completely disabled on mobile devices for performance reasons. We recommend to set a background image that will be used on mobile instead of the video.

    In the future we will enable this functionality after we add possibility to load videos from YouTube, Vimeo.

    Background videos are disabled by by mobile providers to keep the bandwidth down, there is no way to auto start a background video without a user who interfaces with a control of the video. all scripting is ignored.
