Background video not loading untill scroll

I added a video to background of my website but when i try to open it on mobile or pc it only loads when i scroll up.
I tried many thing like adding autoplay and mute but it still doesn’t load during website load. Video only works when i scroll a little.
Please help me in this issue.
It use elementor pro +kadence theme and wordpress latest version.
