Backup

Just discovered that Contact Forms 7 has not been updated to work with WP 5.1. Before I install a new plugin, I need to take a backup of the existing forms I’m using.

Could someone here please help and tell me what is best way to backup the forms before I delete Contact Form 7 and install a new plugin? TIA
