I have a few pages with backwpup. I scheduled backups at first day of every month. All of the page have one data backup and one database backup.

At three pages there was no database backup at 1st July but it is configured and should work. Thy are not visible at recent backup list.

At one page I got 2 file backups at 1st of July with 2 hours difference but only one is configured (both visible at recent backup list).

At all of the pages I reconfigured everything after 1st on June. And at all of them there are no legacy jobs left.

Slowly this plugin and the handling of the completely failed design update is starting to annoy me. Since then, further problems have been added with every update.

Your time displaying has an issue. It says 12:23 AM.

    Hi @yotg,

Sorry for the trouble you’re facing.

For the database backups that didn’t run, is it that they simply didn’t run, or do you see any errors in the backup logs? You can check this under:

BackWPUp > Advanced Settings > Logs > Access Logs.

Also, please make sure the file and database backups are not scheduled at the exact same time. It helps to set the database backup to run 20-30 minutes before the files backup to avoid overlap.

Are you able to run the database backup manually? If manual runs work fine, there should be no errors in the schedule. As a quick test, you can try setting the job to run hourly or daily at a different time to confirm if it triggers properly.

Regarding the time display, the job time follows the timezone set in your WordPress settings. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

Let me know how it goes so we can sort this out for you.
