Backup cannot be scheduled

Running Backupwordpress version Version 2.6.1 – danish.
Scheduled backups from BackupWordpress stopped working around month ago. Going into Backupwordpress it only allows you to select manual when choosing options for a job or creating a new.
Manual backups work.On a sister site hosted in the same environment everything works fine.
Tried reinstallation.
Tried stopping plugins which are not on sister site with no difference.
