    When I took a backup of the BackWPup plugin database and tried to import its sql file from phpMyAdmin, I got “Terminal quotes’. # 1064 –SQL syntax error”.

    This phenomenon does not occur when importing the sql file created by exporting phpMyAdmin.

    How should I solve it?

    Thank you for your reply.

    The plugin version is 3.6.10. I recognize it as the latest version.
    The database server is 10.1.48-MariaDB.

    Below are the BackWPup settings.
    -Database Backup type: SQL File
    -Backup file compression: none

    Please let me know if you have any other necessary information.

    Hello @duongcuong96

    I took a backup with the file you got and imported it into the database, but I got the same error.

    It is as follows.
    “There should be a terminating quote’.”
    “# 1064 –SQL syntax error”

    Thank you.

    When I opened the SQL file and checked it, it seemed that the SQL part was finished in the middle.

    Is there something like the number of lines that can be backed up in the settings?

    Thank you.

    @ak0727
    We never got this issue before, so it is really strange to me, also there is no line limit. How big is the SQL file btw?
    Also, the latest plugin version is 3.9 ^^.

    Hello @duongcuong96

    Here, I found that it was a bug in the file decompression software.
    (When I used other decompression software, I was able to get the sql file without interrupting the file)

    We apologize for the inconvenience.
    thank you!

    @ak0727
    Happy to know we have a solution for that ^^
