I am the administrator on my site and have been able to use WP backup. something happened and now I get this error message:

Your backup folder is NOT writable
To correct this issue, make the folder /home/roundh9/public_html/wp-content/backup-db writable.
Your backup folder MIGHT be visible to the public
To correct this issue, move the file from /home/roundh9/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-dbmanager/htaccess.txt to /home/roundh9/public_html/wp-content/backup-db/.htaccess

    Don’t understand. Any help?

I recommend asking at https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/plugin/wp-dbmanager so the plugin’s developers and support community can help you with this.

My host fixed it, but now I can’t use PRESS THIS tool. When I press it, it comes up blank. It was working good. Had some Related Posts problem which I was close to resolving. What do you think?

Ok. Got it back by deleting it from my favorites bar, and then dragging a fresh copy of the tool in its place. But I am missing the bottom portion where I can manually select related posts. Why is that?

That’s not part of WordPress standard. Perhaps you were using a plugin or browser add-on for that?
