Please can you post the log file? It’ll be too long for a forum post, so please use pastebin.com, and post the link (or a similar service).
Make sure you’ve allowed the backup plenty of time first. You wouldn’t expect a 1Gb backup to finish immediately.

The file backup does not finish even allowing the backup much time (days).
My site has not many visitors, so I am using an account at easycon.com
to make automatic connections every 10 minutes, in order to keep my WordPress running.

Hi Carlos,
In the UpdraftPlus ‘Settings’ tab, at the bottom, there is a link for expert settings. In there, change the default ‘split’ settings from its current setting of 1000Mb down to 150Mb. Then start a fresh backup. Your web hosting provider isn’t giving you much resources, and it’s timing out when trying to manipulate the zip file. If you decrease the split size, it will need less resources and should succeed.
