Backup doesn’t complete anymore

    I have updated to php 7.3 and Provider changed Server. Since then the process doesn’t complete. It seems the zips can’t be filled (stays zero on ftp) – tried to activate google drive / Dropbox only but still doesn’t work –

    Any ideas?

    I put split size to 25MB, but did not work, re-installed plugin (deleted settings)

    It seems plugin writes always into “wp-content”, even the folder is BEFORE that one.

    Hi,

    Please can you send us a copy of the backup log?
    Also, use an online tool such as pastebin to post your backup log here.

    Yes, thank you.

    It appears that the backup has been timed out or killed off. Please can you ask your host/server admin to check on the PHP error. The log should contain the exact information as to why the backup could not complete.
