Backup Download causing 403 error

    After completing a full backup with Backup Guard (version 1.6.0), I choose the “download” “backup” options and it takes me to a 403 Error – stating access to this page is forbidden.

    Any thoughts on why this could be happening? It is happening on multiple sites with SiteGround hosting.
