@tibofnt
please give me the latest debug log file, also a screenshot of the issue may help too.
Also, did you try to run the job again, recently few users have confirmed that Dropbox currently has an issue with their server so sometimes BackWPUp can’t send the file to Dropbox?
Thank you!
Hello,
I have an HT access, that’s why i have issues with my backup no ?
How I can fix it ?
@tibofnt
but I need a debug log file ( BakcWPUp -> Logs -> upload the latest log file to https://pastebin.com/ then give me the link), also screenshots of the issue could help.
Thanks!
Hello,
There is nothing in a debug log file for the new task. I juste have the old debug log.
I have nothing because I think I use an HT access.
If I delete HT access the task is good.
But maybe I have something to add in my ht access file to authorize Backwup ?
Hi @tibofnt
So after delete .htaccess file, the job works, I will close the case here ^^
