Hi @moinkhan111
The issue is most likely caused by web server of your source website.
Please carefully follow the steps below for each site.
On the site where you made the backup:
1. Go to our plugin settings and open “Other options” section
2. Enable alternate download method: https://prnt.sc/1slr41w
3. Save that section
– No need to make new backup
Now, go to the site where you want to restore your backup:
1. Open “Other options” section as well
2. Disable PHP CLI checking: https://prnt.sc/1sljr31
3. Save that section
4. Force both processes to stop: https://prnt.sc/1trv1tm
5. Try to run the migration again with the same URL
If that won’t work, please repeat the “force both processes to stop” step.
Once you do that, download your backup and try to upload it manually.
You can upload your backup via FTP, cPanel or our Upload Area.
Let me know if that solves your issue 🙂
Thank you!

Hi @moinkhan111
You have not followed steps provided in my previous message carefully.
1) It does not look like you have applied alternate download method at the website where your backup was done.
2) In case when Super-Quick Migration would fail I asked you to try uploading it manually, but you still shared log of Super-Quick Migration
Please, confirm and try again.
Thank you!
Hi @iclyde I have tried that method also but I was getting invalid backup error. I am attaching the screenshot please see it

Hi @moinkhan111
My apologies for the delayed reply.
The screenshot you shared tells me that source server also cancelled the download of backup file for your browser.
Which most likely mean, you have downloaded the backup while alternate download method was not enabled:
On the site where you made the backup:
1. Go to our plugin settings and open “Other options” section
2. Enable alternate download method: https://prnt.sc/1slr41w
3. Save that section
– No need to make new backup
You can also try to download your backup file via FTP or cPanel – still make sure that this specific backup it’s visible on backup(s) list inside our plugin.
Next steps?:
1. Download backup file while “alternate download” option is enabled
– Or use cPanel/FTP/Hosting File Manager for that
2. Try to upload it once again.
– Before you do that, you can try to open your backup file with WinRAR or 7-Zip, it shouldn’t show any errors and you should see content inside the archive.
3. If you won’t be able to upload it using our plugin, it may be blocked by hosting or the file is still not valid.
– In this case you can also. try to upload it using cPanel/FTP
4. After that try to run migration once again.
If none of that will work, please contact us via e-mail:
[ support (at) backupbliss dot com ] – mention URL to this topic.
Let me know if that allows you to start restoration 🙂
Thank you!
