Hi @dfte99 ,
Please accept my apologies for this late response, and I hope this solution will be helpful to you.
Could you kindly follow the steps below, your issue should be fixed afterwards:
- Go to “Other options” section
- Change backup method: https://prnt.sc/1s1ofpa
- Disable PHP CLI checking: https://prnt.sc/1sljr31
- Save “Other options” section
- Force stop both processes: https://prnt.sc/1trv1tm
When you do that, try to run your backup once again.
Let me know if that worked for you 🙂
Thank you!

Hi @dfte99
Seems like your backup process is trying to archive backup files of itself.
That shouldn’t happen and it can only happen when these backups were moved manually without adjusting the path in second section of the plugin.
Simples solution would be to exclude all .zip files from the backup, they’re not used by WordPress and they’re not required for proper restoration process.
Please open first section of the plugin named: “What will be backed up?”
Find subsection named: “Exclude by folder / file name (case-sensitive)”
Here add these three rules, like on image: https://prnt.sc/9oftADPd_Z7e
Let me know if that resolves your issue 🙂
Thank you!
