    Hi @epartney27 ,

    It seems like the backup file has either been incomplete, or corrupted. Hence, the plugin is unable to unpack the backup file.

    Could I kindly request you to try backing up again, and try with the new backup? If the issue persists then, please send us a new debug code and we will investigate further.
