    Good morning,
    I tried to make a free backup of a site I manage. The backup was more or less 700MB and it stopped after 80% (I wasn’t in front of the screen when it happened).

    Hello @selegua ,

    The error in the log states:

    [ERROR] [2023-06-20 08:36:06] Error message: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded

    [ERROR] [2023-06-20 08:36:06] Probably we could not increase the execution time, please edit your php.ini manually

    So please increase this limit, and also follow these steps:

    Go to “Other options” section

    1. Change backup method: https://prnt.sc/1s1ofpa
    2. Disable PHP CLI checking: https://prnt.sc/1sljr31
    3. Save “Other options” section
    4. Force stop both processes: https://prnt.sc/1trv1tm

    When you do that, try to run your backup once again.
