I was creating a full site backup and it failed. Not sure what percentage was done before it failed.

    Hello @hecopps

Please follow these steps on the site where you experienced this error:

    1. Go to “Other options” section
    2. Disable PHP CLI checking: https://prnt.sc/1sljr31
    3. Change backup method (optional): https://prnt.sc/1s1ofpa
    4. Save “Other options” section
    5. Force stop both processes: https://prnt.sc/1trv1tm
    6. Please increase this limit Memory limit (wp-config): from 40M to 128M

Once you do that, try to run your backup process again.

Let me know if that worked for you 🙂
    Thank you!

Thanks Mixha! I actually just reran it and it worked without any of the adjustments you mention above. I used the plugin for three different sites. This instance was the only one that had an issue creating the backup. All three said that the “restore” to the new webhost failed, but then all three were actually migrated. So, it all worked out.

    Hey @hecopps ,

I am glad that it all worked out fine for you! 🙂

However, the plugin shouldn’t return error, if everything went fine. Could you please provide a debug log from the sites where restorations were finished and errors occurred? This way we could improve the plugin.

If you could kindly navigate to plugin Troubleshooting section > Check advanced options and click on button: Share debug codes in your reply?

(Here’s a screenshot that shows where to get it: https://prnt.sc/lKbjrSAqQudm )

    Thank you in advance
