    Hi @azrhere ,

Thank you for reaching out to us!

First things first, please make sure our plugin is enabled on both websites at the same time.

    This message may appear when:
    a) Your backup is broken or incomplete
    b) URL provided by you in Super-Quick Migration does not point to backup file
    c) Backup URL is protected by your hosting or some security plugin

You can check If your backup is valid in „Manage & Restore backup(s)” tab at the top of our plugin settings.
The list here can display only valid and restorable backups – if you see your backup here, it’s b) or c) issue.

    Possible solution:
We have an alternate download method that may solve some issues.
To enable it, go to the „Other options” section on the site where you made the backup then:
    Enable alternate download method: https://prnt.sc/1slr41w

If that won’t help, you can also upload your file via FTP or our upload area below backups list.
    – Before you do that, you can also try to disable security plugin.

And if you want to check if your hosting is blocking your backup, you can try to visit the URL you use in Super-Quick Migration.
You will need to use the incognito mode of your browser. Once you enter it, simply paste the backup URL in your search bar.

Let me know if that works for you 🙂
    Thank you!

    Hello @azrhere ,

In case the backup file for the restoration is not the root of the issue, then it seem like you have very low execution limit threshold, which caused the process to stop while it was trying to check the free space.

In our plugin it is possible to disable free space checks, but it’s not recommended and you should do that only if you’re 100% sure that you have enough space on the server for the backup.

If you don’t have enough space for the backup or migration, but you will tell the plugin that there is enough, the process may still fail and your site may encounter many issues due to the lack free space.

    Step list of the solution:

    1. Go to “Other options” section
    2. Disable space checking: https://prnt.sc/PAlbYsz3RszJ
    3. Disable PHP CLI checking: https://prnt.sc/1sljr31
    4. Change backup method: https://prnt.sc/1s1ofpa
    5. Save “Other options” section
    6. Force stop both processes: https://prnt.sc/1trv1tm
    7. Run your process once again

Let me know if that resolves your issue 🙂
    Thank you!
