So, I managed to complete the backup. I got the success message, but the backup didn’t restore anything. No post, no media, no pages, no plugins, no themes.

I can see in the logs that the extraction milestones are not completed (sometimes it stops at 70% other times at 40%…). Also I have this “[WARN] Cannot write to WP-Config, if you need to change database prefix, please do it manually.”, but don’t know what happened or what to try next. Can you help me?

First debug code looks like some third party cause cancelled the process, e.g. your browser or some software installed on OVH servers.
You can send me screenshot of your browser’s developer console (F12 Key -> Click Console tab), it may contain error codes that may help understand what was the cause.
Your second debug code shows something different, during file extraction something removed files extracted by our plugin, causing the issue, the process continued but without files to restore.

Please in first place perform cleanup by forcing both processes to stop: https://prnt.sc/1trv1tm
Once you do that, wait 2-5 minutes, in the meanwhile you can disable PHP CLI:
- Go to “Other options” section
- Disable PHP CLI checking: https://prnt.sc/1sljr31
- Save “Other options” section
Then you can run the restoration once again.
Once you run the restoration, please make sure:
a) Your PC won’t go into sleep-mode
b) Screen-saver mode is not enabled or active
c) [Mac] Drive-sleep mode is not enabled
d) You have not run the restoration from Opera GX or Brave browser
e) You don’t use any extension that limits resource usage or “saves energy”
Usually you don’t need to care about above things, but this is the complete list of things that can cancel the restore process.
In case it won’t work, please share with me screenshot of the console as explained above.
