    I was in the process of doing a fresh backup and got the following error – BMI-oMx8kHqr-31768

    The website is protected by .htpasswd (web/browser authentication) which may cause issues.

    When you’re logging in to the site with your browser, make sure you “remember” the password. But it’s not guaranteed that it will work after that.

    If you can, please disable htpasswd protection for the time of backup.

    Also upgrade the plugin to v1.4.1 which may help if it’s firewall issue.
