Restoring the backup hung at 99%. When I reloaded the page after several hours, I got to the WordPress configuration page. I had to set languages and usernames again. When I then logged back into the site, the site was not restored. Only all plugins were downloaded, but no media or pages were back.

When I try to restore the backup again, I am told after a short time that the backup has been successfully restored. However, this is not the case as my original site is not back.

Please help me quickly as I urgently need to restore the backup.

    Hi @suryalorina1103

Our plugin struggled to detect proper table prefix for that backup.

Please go to wp-config.php on the site where you restored the backup and open it with File Manager plugin, FTP or other tool that will allow you to edit wp-config.php

Once you open it, find $table_prefix variable and replace “wp_” with “iadX0_” it will resolve the issue and won’t require further action from you, the site will be replaced after this action to proper state.

    Thank you!

replace “wp_” with “iadX0_” NOT WORKING

    Hi @roman11213

This solution was specific for the user, it’s individual for each site.
