Hello @lotsenat ,
Your backup failed during database export, most likely due to its huge size and server limitations.
In the first place, I’d recommend you perform a full cleanup and optimize all your tables.
You can do that easily with the help of a free and simple plugin.
Check it out: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/advanced-database-cleaner
– Cleanup won’t remove anything that is in use, so, no worries. Then, follow these steps carefully:
1. Download and install the “Advanced DB Cleanup” plugin
2. Do a full Cleanup and optimize all tables using the Advanced DB Cleanup plugin
3. After that you can already remove the mentioned cleanup plugin if you wish
4. Go to Backup & Migration plugin settings
5. Open the “Other options” section
6. Enable database batch export: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1QFpGuAJ1J5SeV6n2D6wth4sXzfAOBQAI/view?usp=sharing
7. Enable the new database export engine: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1osrro9Kd9VUKVd6UzchE7iYsKyWAj7vR/view?usp=sharing
8. Save the “Other options” sectionRight after the last step, you can run the backup process once again.
Let me know if that resolves your issue.
Thank you!Hello @mixha
Thank you so much for your quick response and the suggested solution.
I followed your steps, but unfortunately, it didn’t work. Maybe there’s a restriction on my provider’s end? I’d really appreciate it if you had any other ideas!Thank You!

Hey @lotsenat ,
If the proposed solution still did not produce the backup, please share a new debug log so we can inspect further.
Please navigate to the plugin section Troubleshooting > Check advanced options and click on the button:
Share debug info with BackupBliss teamAnd here’s a screenshot that shows where to get it: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1h76LMlMleF90JbsyaR2_PU8PZDAUMWsG/view?usp=sharing
Please paste the debug code in your reply.
Kind regards
