    Hi Support-Team,

i’ve tried a lot, Disable Space and PHP CLI Check, deactivated all plugins etc.
    Stopped Processes
    Here is my Code: BMI-s5Bcacl7-13672

One Time I got the Message I’m running out of Space

Now it says I’m using php8+ and some Plugins don’t support 8+, I’m not able to downgrade to 7x so I got stuck.

    Can you help me please?

I’ve made the 3 Steps Backup and figured out which File is the reason for the failure.

I’v deleated it and could so go one with the 3 Steps and could restore on the new Webspace.

    Hello @bernador25 ,

Thank you for providing detailed information about the potential issue. Based on the debug log and other information,

The issue was most likely caused by insufficient disk space. You have disabled the space-checking setting, and when this check is disabled, our plugin can still detect some cases based on the ZipArchive response, but not all. In this case, the plugin was unable to detect that disk space was the issue.

Creating partial backups, step by step is the ideal solution for low space on the Server. Happy to hear that you utilized this technique to bypass the limitations.

Please feel free to open a new ticket if you face any other issues.
