    Trying to migrate a new build site on the same server to the live domain and it fails at around 90% with no error message

  • Careful – you provided your admin user and pass – and it is PUBLIC. I suggest you change Admin password ASAP before someone harms your website

    the url to the site isnt public though is it?

    eems like this forum is a waste of everyones time anyway as hardly any posts are answered 🙁

    Hi @gingerweb ,

    Please accept my apologies for this late response, and I hope that we haven’t been too late to provide a solution.

    We have an alternate backup method, that can bypass this error you’re having.

    Simply, follow the steps below;

    Please open the first section of the plugin named: “What will be backed up?”
    Find the subsection named: “Exclude by folder/file name (case-sensitive)”
    Here add these three rules, like on this image: https://prnt.sc/9oftADPd_Z7e

    Once you do that, please follow these steps:

    1. Go to “Other options” section
    2. Change backup method: https://prnt.sc/1s1ofpa
    3. Disable PHP CLI checking: https://prnt.sc/1sljr31
    4. Save “Other options” section
    5. Force stop both processes: https://prnt.sc/1trv1tm

    When you do that, try to run your backup once again.

    Let me know if that worked for you 🙂

    P.S.: As @augustas mentions, we also suggest that you remove these credentials and the URL for your and your site’s safety, as this is a publicly viewed area.

    Thanks sorry i didnt get back to you. It took a while so i had to use another option for assistance.
