Please go to BackWPUp -> Settings -> Logs -> Logging Level -> Debug(not translated ) if you not already set, re-run it again and send us debug log(BackWPUp -> Logs -> download the latest log -> upload it to any dropbox or any cloud service)

Please exclude these following folders ( in your job -> Files tab -> tick on these following folder to exclude them )
.well-known
.tmb
.quarantine
Dropbox_Backup
updraft
They all hosters’ folders and other backup plugins folder, which contains the duplicated backup files.
After that, run the job again.
Btw, I see that you are running a file manager plugin, if so, please update the plugin to the latest version since the previous version has security issue.
