Hello, backups seems to be continuously failing on save. It looks like backups are created and then it just fails to save. I have run WP-Optimize based on one of the older resolved threads, but it did not help. Code that I received is: BMI-gvKOd3m5-60274

Thanks and appreciate you looking into it.

    Hi @onewolf

It does not look like the database affects the process in any way.
I.e. It’s different issue than the one you found.

Your issue is most likely caused by modified PHP CLI.
You should be able to resolve it by disabling the checking step.

Please follow these steps on the site where you experienced this error:

    1. Go to “Other options” section
    2. Disable PHP CLI checking: https://prnt.sc/1sljr31
    3. Change backup method: https://prnt.sc/1s1ofpa
    4. Save “Other options” section
    5. Force stop both processes: https://prnt.sc/1trv1tm

    Optional:
Open first section of the plugin named: “What will be backed up?”
Find subsection named: “Exclude by folder / file name (case-sensitive)”
Here add these three rules, like on image: https://prnt.sc/9oftADPd_Z7e
    – Save first section once you do that

After that, try to run your backup once again.

Let me know if that worked for you 🙂
    Thank you!

As we didn’t hear any reply in last days.
I can assume that you resolved the issue.

Feel free to open new topic if I am wrong!
    Thank you 🙂
