Backup Failes, also Push failed

Dear support team,

the last time I did a successful backup and push was on Friday 18. July.

I made some changes to our site yesterday and wanted to push it live in the evening, unfortunately without success. I get the following error message:

Backup job failed! Error: File doesn't exist: /usr/www/users/spgzma/spgholdingsite/wp-content/languages/wpml/queue/acf-field-group-19033_pending.php

During the push I get the following error:

File doesn't exist: /usr/www/users/spgzma/spgholdingsite/wp-content/uploads/wp-staging/cache/specific-group.com_20250723-101552_5821e1c84bc6.wp.wpstgdb.sql

I checked the files, the acf-field… .php is there, with the right permission 644.
The wp-staging/cache/specific-… .sql is missing.

We realy need to do this push as fast as possible. Except from pushing the site live on Friday I did no changes in the Live Site.
