Backup fails

Hello there! A few days ago my website went blank. I tried to fix the issue, but the only option I was given was re-installing WordPress. I had a backup from a year ago, so I was trying to restore the page. At 1% it failed: The restore fail code I was given was: BMI-mErpVUdH-70212

I followed the steps you suggested in other threads, but didn´t get any result. Now it´s failing even quicker.
