Hello @servermgr ,
On the error message screen you also have the option to download the full backup log which could prove more informative to you.
From what is visible in the log, please try the following:
In the first place, I’d recommend you perform a full cleanup and optimize all your tables.
You can do that easily with the help of a free and simple plugin.
Check it out: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/advanced-database-cleaner
– Cleanup won’t remove anything that is in use, so, no worries.
Then, follow these steps carefully:
1. Download and install the “Advanced DB Cleanup” plugin
2. Do a full Cleanup and optimize all tables using the Advanced DB Cleanup plugin
3. After that you can already remove the mentioned cleanup plugin if you wish
4. Go to Backup & Migration plugin settings
5. Open the “Other options” section
6. Disable PHP CLI checking: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1xTltjgreo_Thw0f36yD4CE0imLbSF2JG/view?usp=sharing
7. Change backup method: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1n6_pPPJCJGEPsGxkVvXy_LByWlFBUKzI/view?usp=sharing
8. Enable database batch export: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1QFpGuAJ1J5SeV6n2D6wth4sXzfAOBQAI/view?usp=sharing
9. Save the “Other options” section
10. Force to end both processes (troubleshooting): https://drive.google.com/file/d/1fXYpjgDar6FAd77XFuBGzdoHRhbYGHqx/view?usp=sharing
Right after the last step, you can run the backup process once again.
Let me know if that resolves your issue 🙂
Thank you!

Hey @servermgr ,
We haven’t heard from you since, so I’ll assume that the issue is resolved and will close this support thread. If you face any new issues, please feel free to open a new thread.
Kind regards
I have resolved the issue but the only changes that I made was to Enable database batch export and use backup method 2. PHP CLI checking was already disabled. Didn’t use the Advanced DB Cleanup plugin
Thanks for pointing me in the right direction
