Backup incomplete

Hello!

II am trying to make a backup but I got 9 attempts and finally I got the message of backup incomplete. here is the message of the log (just the attempt number 9):

Hi,

This pattern suggests that a PHP crash is occurring. Please can you check in your PHP error log to see what is logged there at the time of the backup? If you don’t know where to find your PHP error log, please ask your hosting company where it is (it varies between hosts).

the last two errors repeat every attempt…

Do you have some idea where the problem is?

This is the PHP-FPM log, not the PHP log; these are two separate things. It’s the latter that we need, not the former. The PHP-FPM log just logs information about communications between the PHP interpreter and the webserver. What we want is the PHP log, which logs conditions in running the PHP code itself.

Hi! The support team of my hosting told me to check the real time log and this is what I get. Very similar too my previous post… Is this what you were asking?? I think they don’t know where to get what you need.

That log is the Apache log.

The support of the hosting said that in the same error log there are both errors.. APACHE and PHP… Nothing else I can do… I don’t know more about it…

I am using PLESK and the support team of the hosting suggest me to give you access to the admin for your check…

If you deliberately trigger a PHP error, does it get logged? e.g. Upload a file to your webspace, called test.php, with these contents:

<?php no_such_function();

Then visit it in your web browser. Does a new PHP error appear in that log?

Hi,

Then, that’s definitely not your PHP log. What you should see, and what will be in the PHP log, is:

PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function no_such_function() in test.php:1
