Backup is corrupted

    After I complete the backup and proceed to download it to my computer, the downloading process intrerupts for like 2 or 3 times for no reason. After I succesfully downloaded the backup and try to open the rar file with Winrar it says that the file is corrupt.

    Can anyone help?
