    Hi @endiaggli

Your process failed because of caching plugin which removed some files that were queued to be added into backup during the process.

For such cases, we have prepared different backup method which will automatically detect such files and exclude them from backup queue.

Please open first section of the plugin named: “What will be backed up?”
Find subsection named: “Exclude by folder / file name (case-sensitive)”
Here add these three rules, like on image: https://prnt.sc/9oftADPd_Z7e

    1. Once you do that, please follow these steps:
    2. Go to “Other options” section
    3. Change backup method: https://prnt.sc/1s1ofpa
    4. Disable PHP CLI checking: https://prnt.sc/1sljr31
    5. Save “Other options” section
    6. Force stop both processes: https://prnt.sc/1trv1tm

When you do that, try to run your backup once again.

If that won’t work even with that backup method applied, you will need to exclude cache directory.
Find “Exclude by directory path” option in first section of our plugin under exclusion rules and add this path: ***ABSPATH***/wp-content/nginx_cache

Cache directory is not required to be included in backup as it will be regenerated after migration by cache plugin.

Let me know if that worked for you 🙂
    Thank you!
