    Hello,

I’m using a Backup Migration plug-in, it worked well for me in the past, but I’ve been running into an error with this website – I was instructed to come here for the support and provide this tag:

I hope someone can help, thank you so much.

Never mind this, I removed a few plug-ins I suspected may be causing the issue and it worked after that.

    Hi @nhamzic

Great that it worked for you in the meanwhile, nevertheless I think it was coincidence and it was not related to removed plugins.
    – During new backup process your caching plugin most likely didn’t remove any file during that time.

Your issue was caused by caching plugin, which during the backup process removed files that were queued to be included into backup file.

Such error may happen when our plugin reads the file, but then it gets removed.

Simplest solution would be to exclude caching directory, in your case:
    ***ABSPATH***/wp-content/cache
    – You can use ABSPATH placeholder in our exclusion rules.

Alternate solution would be to switch backup method to this one:
    Change backup method: https://prnt.sc/1s1ofpa
    – That method should detect removed files during backup process and exclude them from queue to prevent such error.

We also improved the plugin in latest beta, so such issues shouldn’t happen in next version of our plugin.

Let me know if you need any further help 🙂
    Thank you!
