Backup não funciona

    Realizei um backup dos formulários e preciso restaurá-los, porém o plugin está retornando um erro informando que o arquivo XML contém espaços, mesmo tendo sido gerado pelo próprio sistema. Já tentei remover os espaços manualmente, mas o problema persiste.

    Hope you are doing well today.

    It seems you created a backup using built-in WordPress export tool, because forminator does not use XML for form export/import and it doesn’t support it.

    The forminator built-in export tool uses a TXT file with JSON format, please take a look at this document to learn more.

    I’m afraid you can’t use XML file export in forminator import/export tool.

    Thank you very much for the clarification and quick response!

    You were absolutely right — I had used the default WordPress export tool and didn’t realize Forminator uses its own export system with a .txt file in JSON format. Now that I understand the correct procedure, everything is working perfectly.
