    Backup not running for the past couple of weeks

    Message you missed because of this:

    Automatic backup was not on time because there was no traffic on the site.
    Backup was made on: 2023-09-12 05:39:24, but should be on: 2023-09-10 08:00:00 (server time)

    But, the site has good amount of traffic

    Hello @arvindhji

    The WP cron used for the scheduled tasks might be indeed triggered lately by a rare website visitor. Please apply all settings below and let us know if the issue still persists in the upcoming weeks.

    Debug log reports issues with another backup plugin on your site: keep-backup-daily either uninstall it or add plugin’s folder to the exclusion list as described below.

    Please open first section of the plugin named: “What will be backed up?”
    Find subsection named: “Exclude by folder / file name (case-sensitive)”

    Once you do that, please follow these steps:

    1. Go to “Other options” section
    2. Change backup method: https://monosnap.com/file/tMaXyndkFJ3N3c1Iw1HvkRHR6DEDSG
    3. Disable PHP CLI checking: https://prnt.sc/1sljr31
    4. Save “Other options” section
    5. Force stop both processes: https://prnt.sc/1trv1tm

    When you do that, try to run your backup once again.
