Backup not working

Hi,

since a couple of days I am not able to do any backup. I get the message failure.

I can not send it as you told me, I have to pay for that service. It seems to be an “Execution timeout error”, as written in the log.

Thanks for sending the log over to us.

Seems the issue is connected with backing up the files and not the DB.

So, could you try backing up with the following scenaria and let us know which one works for you?
1) plugins + themes
2) plugins + themes + wp-content
3) plugins + themes + Uploads

Please, also send the backup log of the failed backup.
