    my backup starts but it fails right after scanning files.
    How can I solve it?

    Hi @totorusso09

    My apologies for delayed reply.
    The issue may be caused to IIS configuration but also to file permissions.

    In the logs I couldn’t see any errors, the process failed due to long execution.

    Please, install this beta version:
    Download: https://backupbliss.com/downloads/plugins/bmi-betas/backup-backup-1.2.2.7.zip

    Check if it will output the same result for 3 minutes, or if it will go further.

    Also, let me know what’s the approx. size of your website.
    If that will fail try to exclude uploads directory in first section of the plugin.

    Let me know if any of these pushed the process further 🙂

    Good day, I installed 1.2.2.7 version but nothing changed. The size is about 890MB. I excluded the upload folder with no success. Any other ideas?
